About Us

When the center, formerly known as Trinity Childcare, first began operation as a non-profit ministry of Trinity Church it served as just an after-school program. However, if you walk inside our doors today, you will find that we care for children as young as 6 weeks of age through 5th grade within our six classrooms. Each classroom has their own daily schedule providing flexibility to the children’s needs. We also promote healthy eating in our program by serving more nutritious options for breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack.

TLC strives to achieve multiple goals for children and their families with the belief that a child’s parents are their first teacher and number one advocate. First and foremost, our staff provide attentive and nurturing care to children to promote trust and positive relationships. Teachers create an engaging and stimulating learning environment through curriculum, free play, and teachable moments to help the development of the whole child. Authentic assessments are also conducted regularly to track your children’s developmental progression to help us do all we can to make sure your child is exposed to what they need in order to succeed. Outside of working on key areas of development and learning, we also integrate Christianity into our program with the hope that every child leaves here knowing they are loved by God! We refer to our Christian components of the day as “C3”, or, Christ Centered Curriculum.

Trinity Learning Center is a Star 3 childcare program through Pennsylvania’s Keystone Stars. We take pride in this level of quality and continue to pursue the highest level of a Star 4!

Please take a look under our Resources tab if you would like to find more detail about our curriculums, the Keystone Stars program, menus, and much more. You will also find more information about our classrooms under the Classes tab!
